Terms and Conditions of Services

By contracting any service from RAMIROBIZ Music, the client declares to have read and accepted these terms and conditions in their entirety.

RAMIROBIZ Music provides music production services using digital tools and artificial intelligence as creative support, under human artistic direction. The service includes the delivery of 2 final versions of the musical result.

To begin work, the client must provide all requirements according to the contracted plan. These may include clean base audio, legible sheet music, or project guidelines. When the project starts from sheet music, it must be legible so that our musicians can interpret it and, depending on the chosen plan, create the base matrix for production.

The client declares, under their own responsibility, that they hold the necessary rights to the delivered material and assumes any third-party claims related to copyright, releasing RAMIROBIZ Music from any legal liability.

Music production is a creative process that uses artificial intelligence as a creative tool. The generated versions may vary from each other; replicating a specific sound idea exactly or an exact duration is not guaranteed. The final duration of the result is approximate, averaging 03 minutes, and may be shorter or longer depending on the digital production process. The client accepts this condition prior to confirming their order.

2 final versions will be delivered in digital format. Individual tracks, stems, or editable files are not included. Once the material is delivered, the service will be considered completed.

The service does not include modifications after delivery. Any change, adjustment, or new version will be considered a new service.

Once payment is confirmed and requirements are received, the work will be scheduled and the estimated delivery time will be communicated, which may be in hours or days depending on the workload and the complexity of the project.

The service begins upon 100% payment. Due to the creative and digital nature of the service, no refunds are issued.

The contracted service does not include video creation or publication on our social networks. These services may be requested additionally and will be subject to evaluation.

RAMIROBIZ Music will not be responsible for copyright claims, improper use of the material by the client, subjective expectations regarding the creative outcome, or decisions made by digital platforms.

Once the production process has begun, cancellations are not accepted.

RAMIROBIZ Music fully respects the client's intellectual property. The material provided will be used solely for the requested production and will not be appropriated, reused, or commercialized without authorization. The original work and its rights remain at all times under the ownership of the client.

Confirmation of the service via WhatsApp, email, or any other digital medium constitutes express acceptance of these terms and conditions.

RAMIROBIZ Music reserves the right to modify, update, or adjust these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice, with the client being responsible for reviewing them prior to confirming their order.
